AMD VISION Engine Control Center - ISSUE

I have had an issue getting AMD Control Center to install and now it won't even open. I need to access it because when you install it it auto sets GPU Scaling to true and 1080P is no longer full screen on my monitor!!!

PLEASE HELP ME!!!

i have latest 68xx driver and everything.

I have also tried everything I can.

EDIT: I have the Sapphire ATI RADEON 6850 1GB

Yup step 5, make sure that the latest WinInstaller, .NetFrameWork, C++ are installed,

witch version do I to install For Net Framework C++?

new version is needed check amd site and install new driver

The latest version of the programs I mentioned above, and install CCC 12.3 from AMD website.

i can't seem to find v12.3

i had 12.4 and also try'd 12.6 before but no luck and like i said i can't find 12.3 at the moment but i will keep trying...

You'll see it in the older versions link, it's available in the game.amd site.

Whatever, 12.6 seems to be pretty good I have it right now, just install the mentioned programs above to open your CCC.

i switched my monitor from 1080P to 720P and Back to 1080P and for some reason it went back to Full size
