Memory clock overclocking,is it safe ???

Im overclocking my radeon 6670 (yeah i know,lame),i reached 860mhz(800 default) core clock and 1000mhz(800 default) memory clock,is this memory clock of 1000mhz safe,my overclock is stable temps are super cool 50c at max, and it doesnt crash i've tested with furmark,but is it possible to like fry the memory chips or something ???

Memory OC doesn't do that much for you, I'd keep it at 900 or less if I were you.

You can try, but bumping the memory clock usually results in artifacting or instability pretty quicklly. If you do want to try overclocking the memory, easy does it, a very little at a time. You won't hurt anything, but as mention you usually don't get much improvement anyway, its hardly worth it in the end.
