Will 700 watt be good enough for intel 3930k?

Hi. I've recently bought new parts for my music production use.

Intel 3930k
4gb x 2 ram
1tb x 3 Hard drives
8800GT graphics card (already had)
ASUA IV formula mobo
OCZ PSU700WATT (already had)

Might sound like overkill for most people.

Anyways, if i overclock the cpu, would i need more wattage? :??:

I'm keeping my old PSU.

My PSU is sli certified and all that but i'm still worried if i might need a better one.

Yeah. I was orginally getting an one stick of 8gb, and thinking about adding more in the future but,

apparently amazon titled the ram wrong... so i got 4gb x 2. Heck I would have just went 8gb x 2 if i knew this was gonna happen. Anyways, thanks for the reply. Appreciate it.

Well my PSU is couple years old and it's a bit dusty also. I'm still a bit deciding on whether i should just future proof my psu.

Hmm.. If i were to overclock my cpu and perhaps put a mid-high range GPU in the future, how much watt would i need to prepare for all that? I've heard that 3930k is a power consuming hog. Thanks

one stick of 8gb is even worse. on x79, you get memory in sets of 4 sticks or 8 sticks
