Gaming Rig this week need help with parts

Im building a new gaming rig sometime at the end of this week adn am having trouble deciding what parts i should buy. the only things i need now are a graphics card a processor and a monitor.

Specs: Motherboard AsRock 970 Extreem AM3+ Motherboard
Power: 620W High current Gamer Power Supply
HDD: 320Gb 7200rpm Sata hARD DRIVE
OS: windows unltimate 64-bit
Ram: 8gb 1333mhz

GPU: ?

Processor:?

Monitor: ?

ill spend maybe 200 on the monitor but would prefer to spend lower around 150 and around 280 for the gpu and processor.

Get the AMD Phenom II X4 965

I also recommend you downgrade windows ultimate to windows 7 home premium. It'll save quite a bit of cash. This can then be used to upgrade the more important components of your build...CPU and GPU. Windows Ultimate is more or less for enterprises and businesses.

Step that RAM up to something like this...

I would do that but i already have windows ultimate i have for a while plus i got it for free from my brother which is why that wouldnt help their. I will end up upgrading my gpu in the future but this is my first gaming rig and i dont want to blow all my cash away

Well what you have besides the processor will do you good! Also, I would think about getting 500GB harddrive instead of a 320GB unless you are really good at saving storage space.
