HELP! AMD Phenom II x4 965 overheating - best cooler

Hi,
My AMD Phenom II x4 965 is idling on 50 degrees, surfing internet on 52 - 53 degrees. I use Speed Fan for regulation torgue speed. When I play games such as Battlefield 3, Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3, Starcraft II, Dishonored the degrees are still on 54 but the fan makes huge noise like i even dont hear sound in headphones. Ocasinaly i have stock cooler there and my questin is: Will be Arctic cooling Freezer Pro 7 Rev. 2 enough?? I had it in my old PC and CPU never get above 35 degrees, but it was only Intel core 2 Duo.

Get a hyper 212+ or An arctic cooling freezer pro 13. They are both good cpu coolers

Undervolting is an answer if you don't need or want to overclock. Search for it.
