Htpc or gaming

This will be my first build in about 6 year, all this should be here in a few days. Can anyone see anything I might be missing and will it function well as a gaming rig?

It'll be ok for gaming. That processor may actually hinder you. I'm not gonna lie, that PSU is also a terrible brand and not that efficient. 16gb of RAM is overkill. And the Asus sabertooth boards are overly expensive for not much benefit over a standard board.

The amd phenom II x4 965 BE would've been a better choice for gaming over the fx 8120. The SSD is rather small. I would've saved the cash from that and put it towards the GPU or possibly the CPU. You could've just added a SSD as a future upgrade...same thing with the RAM.

Other than those few points, this rig should run most games fairly well...given that it isn't held back by the PSU.
