I have a ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4250 Graphics Card, I also have a video converter vga to video. I have plugged the yellow RCA cable into the converter and into my tv as well as the VGA to my laptop and converter. It does not show the screen of my laptop as I duplicate it , the tv screen just goes fuzzy with strange colorations, is there anyway to fix this so that it works?
