What do i do with this graphic card?

Okai people this is the problem...see im planning to upgrade my graphics so im going for the nvidia geforce gtx 560 ti.

Now the thing is i have an nvidia 9800gt at stock and just realised that i cannot do a sli between this two.So is there any way to use this 9800gt efficiently..

You have a couple of options you can try to make the card as a physx card. Or as a Physical Processing Unit (PPU).

One person tried the combination of a GTX 460 with a 9800GT as a physx

9800GT as physx as said above. Help on a few game out there anyway.

Sell it or lend it to someone. Being a Physx card provide much less benefit than being a main GPU for another rig. If you can not sell it or do not want to part with it, just keep it as spare. It may come in handy later on.
