Why does my computer tekes long to launch?

Hello, I'm just wondering if you might know why my computer takes long to load even when I did the cleaning.

What are your specs? We can't physically check your computer, so you have to be detailed.

If you have Windows 7 go to the start button and type MSconfig in the search bar. When it comes up click on it and go into the startup tab. Go through the list and disable a few at a time and re-boot. You can probably disable most of or all the start up junk and have no problems with loading windows. Also I would run a n Anti-virus scan and malware scan.

Using an SSD as a boot drive would speed things up massively
