I am looking for a full tower chassis that costs 140$ or under

I've had my eye on the antec df-85: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

but I'm not sure it's what I'm looking for,

required things:
newegg
full tower
140 or under
nothing other than black or red (or both)

recommended:
window
black with red lights
4+ fans

Its technically a mid-tower. But its one of those "mid-towers" that are just smaller than full ones.

Coolermaster HAF-XM. $130
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Dimensions of the HAF-XM
22.5" x 9.9" x 20.9" (LxWxH)

Dimensions of the HAF-X (A big full tower case)
23.20" x 9.10" x 21.70"

Not all that much difference.
