Good components for an ~$775 build?

This is my first time putting together components for an ~$775 build. I was wondering if all the parts listed are good to use and/or compatible with each other. Any feedback is much appreciated.

Honestly, no its not a good build for the money.

The video card is towards the weak side for gaming. And the power supply is junk. The motherboard does not support overclocking which completely defeats the purpose of buying a "K" model CPU. And you should probably consider a cheaper case to address these issues if your budget is absolute.

So if I switched out the core, would the motherboard still be a good board with the i5 2400?
