Looking for advice for my new build

I'm just looking for some feedback on the parts I have picked out for my new gaming computer.
This is my first build, and If there is anything I should change or improve upon just let know, thanks.

My budget is $ 1200

ITs perfect. Yes some people will tell you to pay more for the 3570K.. Thats pointless. Benches have shown gamers get no advantage with the 3570K over the 2500K.

I would say change the power supply though, the Corsair Gamer series are kind of ricey.

Love the NZXT Phantom btw, they're awesome cases.
