Does not appear to be one. This happens a lot with older hardware and Windows 7 including my Canon LIDE 20. My solution was to use it on my Linux laptop which does not seem to have a brand preference. I just fired up a program called Simple Scan and it worked. The Linux I use is called Peppermint OS One and can be run from a CD or USB stick without installing.
A good idea for future reference is to run these two tools from Microsoft before upgrading Windows. http://www.microsoft.com/windows/compatibility/windows-7/en-us/default.aspxhttp://windows.microsoft.com/upgradeadvisor
