PSU Corsair tx650
Aug 1, 2012, 10:27 PM
I've got a corsair tx650 psu and the fan isn't running. But I've got power.... I've read that the fan doesn't kick on until 350 watts are reached.
It does turn on on start up but then turns off.
Do you think this is normal? .... and if I'm running that low wattage do you think it's ok to stick with the 650?

the tx series dont have the hybrid fan technology so yeah that isnt supposed to happen. even with a ax650w, the fan turns on at 130w of load
