  1. u cannot run that card with that low of a powersupply, barely enought, and also prob not a good quality powersupply,

heres a decent one for u for 62$

    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817182200

quite decent for the price :)
  2. For a system using a single reference clocked Radeon HD 7850 graphics card AMD specifies a minimum of a 500 Watt or greater power supply. The power supply should also have a combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 27 Amps or greater and have at least one 6-pin PCI Express supplementary power connector.

What's the exact model number of your Cooler Master 400 Watt power supply? Cooler Master has several 400 Watt models with the majority of them incapable of powering a system with a single Radeon HD 7850.
  3. yes well the sad thing is most coolermaster powersupplies have poor build quality. only the gold rated ones that are silent pro range are decent imo

ur right 500watts minimum for that card
  4. model no. is RS-400-PSAR-J3 and it has 12V1 16A ,12V2 16A
  5. so can u afford the model i suggested? because that be a safe choice
  6. Rosewill is not available where i live. i live in india and my budget is Rs 4000.

Your Cooler Master Elite Power 400 Watt (RS-400-PSAR-J3), with its combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 23 Amps and with one 6-pin PCI Express supplementary power connector, is insufficient to power your system configuration with a single Radeon HD 7850.

The Corsair VS Series VS550 550 Watt (CP-9020050-WW), with its combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 42 Amps and with two (6+2)-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors, is more than sufficient to power your system configuration with a single Radeon HD 7850.

Corsair VS550 - 80 PLUS Certified 550 Watt PSU for Rs. 3278 (Price inclusive of taxes)
