Hello,
because of RSI I moved to the Dvorak keyboard layout some time ago. Since I
also use accented characters a lot, and a "Dvorak International" layout
(similar to the US International) isn't available, I used the scan code
translation, and with that I can switch between standard US and US
International layouts and get them both in Dvorak.
But the scan code translation needs fiddling with the registry and a reboot
to set and unset. Because of this, other people basically can't use my
computers. The only thing I'd need is a "Dvorak International" keyboard
layout, that basically implements the same things the US International has
on top of the normal Dvorak layout. This then could be switched on the fly,
like the other keyboard layouts.
Does anybody know some good pointers about how to create a custom keyboard
layout file? Or maybe even know where to find such a "Dvorak International"
keyboard layout?
