Socket 2011 air coolers

I am Looking for a high performance 2011 air cooler until I can afford a custom water block, I would like to be able to do some modest overclocking in the mean time. It's either going to be between Noctura, or one of the few cooler master have right now like the TPC 812XS, or X6 elite. I would like to get to 4.5 - 4.8 GHz for now. I've also been trying to find out which 1366 coolers can fit 2011 but I haven't found too many articles on it. So any suggestions would be appreciated.

What about the Phanteks PH-TC14PE_BL(available in different colors) it's similar to the Noctua NHD-14.
