Need graphics card

Got Diablo 3 today and lets just say my GeForce 520gt isn't up to what I want to see. Runs about 40fps.. on low resolutions and almost everything set to low.

So just wondering if I have this graphics card, what is a good upgrade? Would love one I could just open my case and slide it in where I take the GeForce out, ready to plug my HDMI in to it and download drivers.

Did a little research and found the ones listed below.. thoughts on these or any other ideas would be much appreciated. Sorry if some of these don't make sense/won't fit into my PC. Pretty sure from what I've read anything PCIe 2.0 will work right?

Also, it would be nice to be able to play other new games with high resolution and settings as well <BF3, that new Sins of Solar Empires, SW:TOR, TW games, Syrim to name a few>.

All from amazon:
GeForce GTX 550 Ti 2048 MB -- $170 <why is this 2gb one cheaper then all the others?
AMD Radeon HD 6850 1GB -- $150
Sapphire Radeon HD 6950 2 GB -- $230
GeForce GTX 560 2GB -- $220

Other system specs are :
Cyber Power PC GUA250 --- http://www.amazon.com/CyberpowerPC-GUA250-FX-4100-Gaming-Desktop/dp/B005TJKGTM/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1339408253&sr=1-1&keywords=gua+250

AMD 4100 FX @ 3.6ghz <3.8ghz turbo>
8gb RAM
500 watt PSU <couldn't find exact model/brand to know if its a cheap one>
Win7 64

More about need graphics card
  1. I'm playing on a 46" Sony Bravia HDTV thru the HDMI if that makes a difference and would like to play at 1920x1080 <1080p HD right?> on these games, if possible.

Any of the cards you mentioned will max out D3 @ 1080p
    HD 6950>GTX 560>HD 6850>GTX 550ti
  3. So on that list, where does the GeForce GTX480 1536MB -- $210 -- that the other guy mentioned fit? Between the 6850 and GTX 560?
And the GTX 550 2gb is slower then the HD6850 with 1gb? Guess thats why its the cheapest 2gb GPU I found. Thanks to everyone for all the help.
  4. The additional 1 GB won't make a difference with that card.
GTX 480 runs hotter, louder & consumes much power than any other mentioned card here.

From all of these I recommend HD 6950 2GB, and it will require 2 x 6 PIN PCIE power connector, Make sure your PSU does have that.
