Right been putting this together and have had some help from some guys in the graphic display forum advising me that the hd 7870 card is real nice and better than the 7850 worth the money so I've got this together, can someone check its good and all compatible for me and I won't run into any problems, thanks

Make sure your RAM is 1.5V, anything else will have stability issues.

I'd be getting an IB processor with a Z77 board, no reason not to at this point.

Is AsRock Extreme4 Z77 good motherboard? It has all the features but does it have quality to last like an ASUS or Gigabyte board?

It uses the same capacitors, so yes, it will last just as long.
