Are there any known conflicts between the SoundBlaster Live! Value and the KT266 chipset or the AliMagik1?

AMD technology + Intel technology = Intel/AMD Pentathlon IV; the <b>ULTIMATE</b> PC processor

Nope, it's just the Via 686b Southbridge, which neither the Ali Magik or Via KT266 chipsets have.

The Via KT133 chipset with the 686a Southbridge appears to have no problem, either.
