Hello,
My uncle has just received broadband. We have a router which is connected to his phone line, but the computer is upstairs. We have measured it and it needs 20 metres of broadband and ethernet cabling to fit. Once we get these cables, can it just be connected as the cable is going to go up the stairs and is hazardous, any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hello and welcome to Tom's Hardware Forums.

You could fit a PCI slot wireless adapter in the PC or buy a wireless USB dongle to communicate with the router if, as Novuake asks, it has a wireless capability.
