Random CPU drops to <10% help!

Hi there!

Question: I love my computer, it's awesome and fast enough for me personally. However, sometimes the CPU usage randomly drops to values <10% and my computer just freezes for a couple of seconds. It doens't bother me when browsing sites that much but when i'm gaming this CPU drop creates a lag spike which really really annoys me because the lag spike always occus at the worst possible moment.

I uploaded for you guys to illustrate. Image
