Zotac gtx 580

Hi, I need some help choosing between these two graphics cards,
Zotac gtx 580
Zotac gtx 580 AMP -- The reason i am asking you guys is because the AMP Edition is on sale for 320$, while the normal edition is 399$.
I have a Antec HCG-620M 620W ATX12V Modular SINGLE-RAIL Power Supply. Please help as this sale is only going on this week.
The rest of my specs are:

i5 2500k oced 4ghz on stock
antec 302 case
p8z77 mobo

Haven't you considered GTX 670 for $400?
Anyway the Zotac AMP is sweet card.

AMP is overcloked line for Zotac, and obviously higher clocked than regular one.
