Compatibility check with CPU, RAM and Mobo

Already bought
GPU: EVGA GTX 560 SE
Mobo: ASRock H61M-DGS
RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666)

Going to buy
CPU: Intel Core i5 3450 3.1GHz or Intel Core i3 3225 3.3GHz

Question: the spec for the ASRock H61M-DGS says 1333 with Sandy Bridge and 1600 with Ivy Bridge. Both the i5 3450 and i3 3225 are Ivy bridge, so does that mean this cpu will only work with a 1600 RAM or will it work with 1600, 1333 or 1066

Build for 3D modeling and rendering with Maya, Zbrush, Mudbox and some others

It looks fine the CPU's support up to 1600MHz ram but will work fine with lower speed like 1333Mhz.

ok so i dont need to worry about the Mobo+CPU+RAM as long as the CPU and RAM are compatible right?
