Hey, Mike2012 here. Well, most of the time, when I'm just web-browsing and not gaming, my PC is very quiet. Even most games it's very quiet.

But when I play games like BF3 that use around 80-90% CPU usage on my Dual-core, I get this really loud high-pitched whining sound.

But this doesn't happen in every game, just games that constantly use over 70% cpu. The noise is really loud, annoying and only happens in CPU intense games.

Is there any way to fix this?

BTW, here are my specs:
CPU: Pentium Dual Core @ 3.2ghz
GPU: HD 7750
PSU: HIPRO HP-P3017F3(Stock 300w PSU)
OS: Windows 7

sounds like a coiling sound, thats not a very good ps, might be coiling or the gpu, one of the two id suspect as the sound.
