Upgrading CPU and Mobo

Hi folks, I'm planning on upgrading my motherboard and processor because I feel its outdated and slow. I use my computer mostly for gaming, multitasking, and video production. When I say multitasking I mean Firefox is opened in 5 tabs, downloading music, listening to Spotify, transferring files, on my other monitor while playing Call of Duty. Also I like to be doing different applications when working on video production (Sony Vegas, After Effects.) I want this thing to last me for another 2 years if possible. I am willing to look at either Intel or AMD since I need to upgrade the motherboard aswell.

Also I kinda rushed buying the Graphics card so I was wondering what are you thoughts on this card for gaming? Budget for both Motherboard and Processor is under $300 please. Thanks guys
