WOW $500 laptop or desktop

I have a laptop and I really want to play wow. So I tried it for 2 hrs and it works perfectly with no lag. The laptop cost $500. I am going to be buying another just for wow. I have to for personal reasons. The thing is I wondered if anyone saw a better one for less or more. My budget is up to 700. A prebuilt desktop would be good but I cant build my own or let anyone else either. The specs on the laptop are

I always play wow on low anyway which always runs at 60 fps.

my suggestion would be to look at an HP g6t-2000. You can upgrade to some nice processors and add a 2gb 7670m along with it and upgrade the CPU to an i7. With an i3, 2gb 7670m, and a 7200rpm HDD, is about 675$. But should even out to 700 with shipping.

actually i really want a dedicated gpu. even though the one i have worked
