First off the Arctic compound and the sound card aren't needed. Drop both of those and upgrade your CPU to an i5-3570K.

Then the HX series are good but they're really overkill. You could drop that to the TX and use the difference to upgrade your GPU to a Radeon 7870.

does the 3570K really make a huge difference? Right now I save $20 on a 2yr warranty through newegg by buying the 3500. I have no intention of overclocking but if I should let me know. I also realize that the onboard graphics are far better on the 3570k what exactly would that be used for if I have a dedicated video-card?

The onboard graphics are used for diagnosing problems if something ever goes wrong with your GPU. The $20 difference gives you an unlocked CPU instead of the locked 3550. With the unlocked CPU you can overclock it and take your system from 3.4GHz to 4.5GHz and beyond.
