This is my third time asking. But I am really concerned with the temperatures of my CPU. Using Prime95 to stress test my CPU. The temperature went up to 70c within 2 minutes of stress testing. People on the forums have been saying their Athlon II X4s are @ 54c under load with stock HSF.
I have tried to re-sit the HSF (Stock) but the temps are still not going down. Instead of using the pre applied Thermal Past, I used my own one (Arctic Silver 5). My case (Coolermaster Gladiator 600) has 2 intakes on the side 1 Intake on the front and Exhaust at the back and top. My Room temp is around 20c
My idle temp is 27~35c
Specs: Case: Cooler Master Gladiator 600 Motherboard:Gigabyte 785gmt -USB3 CPU:AMD Athlon II X4 620 @2.6ghz GPU: Ati Radeon HD 5570 RAM: 2x 2GB Kingston Ram PSU: Cooler Master eXtreme Power Plus 500W
Any help would be appreciated in regards to making the temps go down.
