New build, Need advice please!

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming (Games like GTA IV, Skyrim, Saints Row 3, BF3, etc), then Video editing and rendering in Sony Vegas/After effects, 3D Text animation in Cinema 4D and web browsing of course.

Are you buying a monitor: No.

Parts to Upgrade: All.

Do you need to buy OS: Yes.

Your Monitor Resolution: 1600x1200, may upgrade.

Additional Comments: Sony Vegas, After effects CS4.

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: I currently have a laptop and I cannot render/edit properly and cannot play the latest games.

Here are the 3 builds I am looking at, don't know which one I should get, please give me some advice and help me decide.

1st build:
CPU: i5
GPU: 560 ti
MOBO: ???

2nd build:
CPU: AMD FX 6100
GPU: 560 ti
MOBO: Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3 AMD 970A (Socket AM3+) DDR3 PCI-Express ATX Motherboard

3rd build: Phenom II X4 965
GPU: 560 ti
MOBO: Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3 AMD 970A (Socket AM3+) DDR3 PCI-Express ATX Motherboard

I'd go with the 1st build. But, maybe spend a bit more for the 560 Ti 448? It has the power of the 570, and uses less power and outputs less heat.
