Using video memory

can I use the shared video memory on the new dedicated card I get , can I buy a radeon 6870 or something, and then disable the integrated card and use the shared video memory with the new card??

Sorry to tell you, but not you cannot. the PCIe connections simply do not have the bandwidth to allow for shared video memory, so the video memory have to be on the same card as the GPU to use it
