Upgrade my graphics card on z570 to higher

Hi, I have a standard Lenovo Z570 Idea pad with I5 processor and G-force GT520M graphics card.
Can I upgrade my graphics card? I would like something more power full as I am sure the I5 processor can handle it. I know I would have to up the ram to but I know it is expandable.

Please let me know if there is a compatable graphics card available for upgrade.

What can I do to get better performance then from it?

I see other guys talk about same model but comes with I3 bord, and GT540 graphics card. Is there absolutally nonthing to do accept sell it and buy something better?

And if it comes to that what make do I buy where I can do alterations in future?

I have the same question. Although mine is the I3 which for the longest time i thought was only a duel core.. it so happens to be a quad 2.10Ghz I have 4 gigs of ram and it seems to play a game "skyrim" well until to much action is going on then it just lags.. Please help

Also on this topic can I up grade my CPU? to say and I5 or I7. Anything helps.
