You can spend more on an intel processor , but it will game WORSE because you have less budget for a graphics card

if you are not going to overclock with i dont' belive you can no you don't and going with the 550 is fine because starcraft 2 isn't very gpu demanding or cpu for that madder.... and outlander if he only plays starcraft then he will want a better cpu and btw amd fx series is horrible for games...

Yes. well you would have to just go to the link provided to their website and it should say pick up in store only... and about that monitor you will probably want something just a tad biger that is 1920x1080 it will look nicer.
