Alright so my computer i bought and was my first build, was recently, Build it myself, and its pretty much top of the line.

So im playing league of legends with fraps on recording what im doing and my fps jumps to 50-60 at very high, which honestly inst a problem. But now if i have a video rendering in the background, with league of legends on and fraps recording, i still get 40-60 FPS but, every 5 seconds my screen would freeze, like my FPS would drop to 0 for like 1-2 seconds... Why is that....

My comp is

Because i still get good fps, and a 2300 comp or something should be able to handle league of legends with ease?

It literally doesn't matter. Rendering videos take ALOT of processing power and RAM. Your better off just building another PC strictly for Video editing and rendering. With a $2,300 build you might as well did that. Any build over $1,500 is really overboard, It's basically a waste of money, you really don't see anymore performance putting that extra grand into it.
