Two things I should mention/point out regarding the low price:
1. There is no case (I plan to pick up a cheap one at Fry's).
2. The motherboard is refurbished.
3. There is a $15 promo being used for the hard drive.

This is a temporary setup. I'm actually away for a year with this setup. After I return this computer will probably be relegated to a HTPC or a media server of some sort.
