Raidmax cases and power supplies are absolutely horrendous - among the worst in the industry.

A75 is decent for a motherboard, but you'll want to switch out that SSD - OCZ SSDs are not known to be the most reliable. What's the max budget here?

This build is many, many times faster. It's only weak spot is the refurbished CPU but i dont think that will be a problem.

THANKS so should I go with the AMD Phenom II X4 960T Black 3.0GHz Quad-Core Processor or the i5 2500k ?

I'd get rid of the tb of hdd and get 120gb sdd and an external 2td hdd
and the case maybe find one at newegg

*NEVER* repeat - *NEVER* purchase anything refurbished, after market, used, open box, etc. It will not end well and you won't be able to get technical support for any products of this nature, that is never a good idea under any budget - whether it's $500 or $5,000. You don't know what these products were returned for and half the time they're just put back on the shelf with no explanation.

Your link doesn't. You need to copy the link from where it says "Permalink". What's your max budget? I could suggest a system that does not have anything refurbished in it if I knew that.

This one is under $600 - has a way better CPU, motherboard, case, PSU, RAM, you name it. And there's nothing on this system that's refurbished.
