How to connect wifi mobile with wireline brodband through device

Hello,may i know that how can i connect my wifi mobile with my wireline broadband which i am using on my pc

no i have a cable broadband..some 1 suggest me 2 buy a wireless usb dongle...is that useful, if yes...then which 1 is the cheap and best...if not then what should i do, i also dont have any wifi card in my system..please help me..
