Bsod on boot with new mobo and cpu?

hi everyone i just replaced my phenom 2 x4 945 and ta 790gx128m mobo with a 2500k and an asrock z77 pro 4 mobo. i installed everything fine and the system posts perfect. but when i connect my hard drive and try to boot into windows i get a BSOD. every time same place every time. it happens just as the little circles for the loading screen show up. the system quickly reboots and its just a cycle. should also add i have 8 gigs kingston ram. ddr3

Yes, it does cause the drivers are different (AMD vs Intel). Try inserting the Windows installation DVD, booting from it and choosing Repair Windows.
