Keep in mind that the gpu will be the upcoming 660ti, and I assume this is the price point. This is my max budget. This is my first build. It is for gaming (Simcity 2013, Arma 2, Arma 3). This is the culmination of this community's advice and help. All from newegg comes in at $1262.

Here's some combo's to save ya a few $$. That Corsair case down below has twice the cable management as that Antec case and is a better case especially if you want a case with plenty of room and fans to add later on for a future dual card set up. With the combo it comes out to the same price as that Antec case.

One other thing to think about. The 3570K comes with Intel HD 4000 graphics which is fine to use until the gtx 660 ti is released. That saves you the hassle of returning that 570. Google some benchmarks on that HD 4000.
