Monitor goes black for 5 sec every now and then. Help!

Hi Guys
Thanks for reading my post.

I'm having strange issue with my (monitor or graphics card).
Screen goes black every now and then for about 5 seconds and after that comes back on.
No error messages- nothing.
It happens about 2-4 times a week.
I'm using GeForce 570 MSI Twin FRZR III Turbo Edition and my monitor is 24'' ViewSonic.
I thought it might be a driver problem so I upgraded my graphisc drivers to the latest ones but still the same.
Any suggestions? Is it graphics card or monitor failing?
