Please note that the 6870 listed is a friends graphics card that I am borrowing and will be replaced with a GTX 670 in a few weeks. I will also be adding another SSD drive.
My purpise for building this rig was to play Battlefield 3 on max settings smoothly. It currently runs on high smoothly and I'm sure I will be able to run Ultra when I get a GTX 670.

However, it seems to have slown down a little bit in the last 2 days. The only programs I have on here are Windows 64, Battlefield 3, Fraps (ripped version) and Core Temp. Is this normal?
It also appears that the icons for Fraps and Core Temp have turned into that ugly white paper page icon since yesterday. Is there a reason for this?
Also, I was playing BF3 this morning and was getting some screen stopping/lag. This wasn't happening yesterday.
