Many cards will be able to run them at lowest settings. However, the lowest card I'd recommend would be HD 6670 DDR3 - below that price, performance/price ratio diminishes too quickly. For $10 drop you get like 3 times performance drop.

I'd go with the 7770 if you like AMD or the 550 Ti if you prefer Nvidia. You won't have the best settings but the games will be playable.

I'll suggest the Radeon HD 7750 which is between the performance of the HD 6670 and HD 7770. It consumes the least amount of power of the three and it can be used with a 300w PSU which should be pretty common on most brand name PCs. The HD 7770 performs better, but you may need to spending money on a new PSU if yours is not at least 350w.

Actually hd 7750 consumes around the same amount of power as the hd 6670.

Based on Newegg.com prices....

Radeon HD 6670 w/ DDR3 RAM = $55 after rebate + $7 shipping

Radeon HD 6670 w/ DDR5 RAM = $75 after rebate + Free shipping. This is the low profile version and it includes a bracket so that it can be inserted into a full height case. Also, DDR5 RAM will provide about a 7% - 10% better performance than the DDR3 version above.

Radeon HD 7750 = $100 after rebate + $5 shipping

Radeon HD 7770 = $115 after rebate + Free shipping. This is actually a real good deal. It's not that much more expensive than the HD 7750 (unless you need to upgrade your power supply) and provide better performance.

Almost, but review has shown that it does consume about 5w or 6w less than the HD 6670. So... it consumes the least amount of power of the three mentioned cards.

If you really want to scrape the bottom of the barrel (but you may be disappointed by it's performance), you can consider the Radeon HD 6570 for $40 after rebate + free shipping.

It also depends on what resolution you plan to play the game at. I think the Radeon HD 6570 should be good enough for the lowest graphic settings at 1600x900, but don't quote me.
