Hello, This is my first build and i need help wether these parts are compatoble and can work with a 450w powersupply?

4gb on a $80 card?? Wow. If this is for gaming, that card is pretty crappy.. You need a 660-690 from the 600 series for decent gaming.

not necessarily. A 650 can work or a 580+ if he wants. Also, by decent gaming I assume you mean max graphics. If he uses middle graphics he can do it just fine with that card.
