Which GC is better?

I am planning on buying a Radeon HD 6950 2GB. There are two I am thinking about from different manufacturers, XFX and Sapphire.
I have tried researching which is better, some say CFC because of warranty but others say Sapphire because build quality is apparently better.

A 7850 would be a better choice if you can find one at all close to your budget
