please help me my Fujitsu siemens computer work when I insert in Dvds and Cds. even in the my computer window, the Dvd rom is not seen there.please help me fix it now.

If the CD/DVD isn't picked up at all either it has died and needs to be replaced or a cable has come undone that connects it to the motherboard.
