Screen Blurry

I just installed a Radeon 6850 and updated all of the drivers. Images and text on the screen seem blurry and when I try to set a higher resolution the screen starts shacking and bouncing. Im on windows 7 and i'm using a 26 inch vizio tv for my monitor. I also have it connected with a hdmi cable

You'll need to play with the underscan/overscan settings in the Catalyst Control Center. AMD hasn't figured out that this was only necessary for CRTs
