Can this gaming pc run the latest games on high with no lag?

Amd FX 4100 3.6 ghz am3+ quad core
Coolermaster Hyper 212+ CPU cooler
Patriot Gamer series 2 8gb (2x4gb) 1600mhz enhanced latency kit
GTX 560 OC 1GB DDR5 Gigabyte
Quality Quiet 550 Watt ATX power supply W/Large fan
Gigabyte GA-970A-D3 Motherboard

The total cost of these parts (and some minor ones i didnt mention such as the hard drive and case) adds up to 837.99$

first of all what is the max budget you can go
second, where do you live (country)
third, do you plan to crossfire or SLI. or overclock
fourth, what parts do you not need

right now, you can get high settings in most games but it can be better after i change most of the parts

hey! but where in canada? if you live in the GTA or in Vancouver, you can go to ncix stores

these prices are pretty much correct. to find the cheaper prices, you have to go to ncix and look under their sale banner to find the best prices for most of these components since this site that i am using isnt always up to date. the prices are over right now but if you look more carefully at the ncix sale, it should be under 850.
