Watercooling Help Needed

I've done a few builds but never watercooled before, I don't want to have to drop $1000's extra for extreme WC so I want to know 2 things, the first is out of laziness, whereas the second is of inexperience

#1: Can the NZXT Phantom 410 Fit a 45mm thick Rad., It doesn't have to be push/pull

#2: Is it safe to Watercool an i5-2500K and a 7950 off of a single rad, if so, is it safe enough to do some modest overclocking on it

#3 (Decided I had a third question): What 45 mm Rads would you recommend? Also if you have any recommended brands, or websites to purchase watercooling components on.

I realize I might have not included enough info, I plan on using a 240mm Rad, 45 mm thick, the rad I had in mind was a Alphacool NexXxos XT45 Full Copper
