i am planing to upgrade my graphic card Asus AMD/ATI Radeon HD 5450 1 GB DDR3 Graphics Card but my psu is 450w and pci express x 16 jack
and asus p5gc-mx 1333 motherboard will it work

Yes, the Radeon HD 5450 uses very little power. Technically it can run on a 250w PSU unless you have a really power hungry CPU.

What are you upgrading from? The HD 5450 is a low performance card meant more for watching movies than to play games.
