It is difficult to address your concerns regarding whether your CPU will bottleneck your GPU when 1) you didn't tell us what you CPU is, and 2) you didn't tell us what your GPU is.

But we can't just pull your comptuer information from anywhere, you need to tell us what it is bud.

my processor is AMD athlon 64x2 Dual core 4200+
and i have SAPPHIRE ATI 5450 1GB DDR3 64BIT PCI-E GRAPHIC CARD

let say if i play assassin creed 3.
when i play on assassin creed revelation it was lag.but my graphic card is ATI radeon HD 4300/4500 series 512MB
and same processor i had..im thinking i just want to change my graphic card.but i don't know is my processor are strong enough for my graphic card..?

your processor is a big bottleneck.
overhaul your system.

Your whole system would need to be changed if you get a new CPU you need a new motherboard, new Power supply,ram, and video card.

Just buy a new PC
